Description: This project is from our Prince George chapter in the BC Region. Our client could not enjoy his favourite spot in his house due to the intense sunlight pouring in through a south-facing window, making it unbearably hot. Our lovely volunteers created accessible blackout curtains for our client by sewing three and a 1/2-inch loops every 7 inches and inserting slats, pulleys and cords to move the new blinds up and down with ease from the right side.
