Description: This project is from our Regina chapter in the Prairies Region. Our client is a wheelchair user who wanted an old chair converted to work as an off-road unit so they could travel over rough terrain to go camping and hiking. Our brilliant volunteer started by watching videos on similar units and then got to work once the inspiration struck. The volunteer says they had fun figuring it all out, and all of the parts used for this project were up-cycled from leftovers of other projects.
