Description: This project is from the Fredericton chapter in the Atlantic Region. Our client had been prescribed a chair to assist with upper body support so they could engage in daily tasks. However, the chair did not support their lower body, which they found uncomfortable, reducing their tolerance for sitting. Our amazing volunteers added shin supports and attached them to the chair's base so the client's legs were no longer hanging down unsupported.
